Target>Mac circulation system

Netters,
     I have never sent out a Target before so I hope I am doing this
right. One of my school media specialist is starting a new school.  She
says she is building the library of the 22 century.  She needs a good
circultation/catalog system.  Question one: Is there (on-line) a
comparitive study of all library administration systems?  Question two:
Her system must be on the Mac platform and all we know is the Winnebago
Library Automation System.  Can some one who uses this system recommend it?
