We have a large CD Network (reaching over 500 IBM's) and for advice on what to add to the network I rely on talking with others who have successfully networked. These are the most difficult because vendors will tell you all kinds of "fantasy" successes that don't relate to your network. We also have about 40 CD-Rom's for check out for the network computers that have CDdrives. Those I ask to purchase on a 30-day trial. The professional source I love is called INFORMATION SEARCHER out of New York published by Pam Berger. I don't have the address here at home, but it is listed in the Librarian's Yellow Pages. What INFORMATION SEARCHER does is review it in context to how it works with curriculum--and, hopefully, that's the main goal. I would like to hear what results Jim Thomas gets. Thanks.
