We found we needed them even with the more expensive bar codes.
We found the ondes from Follett fine. (ones) We also write the
number on the first page because kids do peel them off. When possible
we put them under the plastic cover on the book. We cover
many of our books, all paperbacks certainally, with contact paper and
this protects the barcodes. Response to Vicky. Someone said
her address was wrong so I'm using the list.
