Algebra tutor

I work in the media center of an international school in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
We have just begun using internet.  As a novice user I  would like to impose
on LMnet  in the hopes that they could help me out.  We have a 15 year old
9th grader who needs a math (algebra) tutor. I believe that there are nets
out there to help students with homework but I have no idea where to look. I
understand that this is a network for media specialist so I am turning to
you as a  resource with the expectation that someone will be able to guide
me to the net that will fulfill our needs. At the very least this I see this
as an opportunity to learn more about the internet, make some new friends
and as we live in South America perhaps someone will need some  information
that we could provide.
