I am the librarian in a small k-12 school in Upstate NY. We have no
direct access to an 800 # for Internet. Currently using local long
distance for each access - expensive. Does anyone have any ideas for
funding for connect charges? Has anyone gotten $ from the Rural
Datafication Program or had the phone co add the long distance # to their
local calling file? Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks Kirsten
