Schindler's List

Does anyone know the particulars concerning an offer which S. Spielberg
made last spring in which he agreed to let all high school students
attend a showing of Schindler's List? Does one contact an education
department at the state level? Would a local Anti-Defamation League have
the necessary information?  Hope to hear some replies!
