Hello LM_NET Colleagues,

We seek your help. Your LM_NET co-owners, Mike Eisenberg and Peter
Milbury, need some information. As you might know, we are regularly asked
to write and speak about LM_NET. So we want to be able to intelligently
and effectively explain what we who are subscribed to LM_NET are doing,
its importance to school librarianship, and to the teaching profession.
This information also assists us in planning improvements in LM_NET's
services and resources.

In order that we are able to make the most effective use of this data,
please respond to the questions below no later than Sunday, September 11,
1994.

Please DO NOT use the "R" (reply) feature of your mail system to return
your responses. The "F" (forward) feature will allow you to complete the
survey and forward the results to us at the following address:

  PMILBURY@ERICIR.SYR.EDU

Please complete and forward _only_ the section below.
