Data Trek Manager?

A friend at a junior college without Internet access has asked for advice
on the advisability of accepting a Data Trek offer of a free Manager
Series swap for his current Assistant system (apparently Data Trek is
trying to switch Assistant users).  He does not have MARC records now, so
that is not a concern with the Manager.

Since his main expense will be for training himself and staff, he is
especially interested in knowing how difficult it would be to train
part time staff (mostly students who only work at the library for a year
or so).

Please let me know if you would be willing to accept a phone call from
him to discuss this.
