Thank you to everyone who responded to my question about using ClarisWorks
to send a message on Internet.

Our Internet connection is an a Mac that also has ClarisWorks on it. So I
was told to save the ClarisWorks file on a floppy on the Mac at whichI was
working. Then load the floppy into the Internet Mac station. and select the
correct file. Click on "copy", then bring your mail program (I use Eudora)
to the screen and click on new message. Have your cursor in the message
part of the message screen and click on "paste". That's it. I sent a
message to try it and it worked. I did not have to save or copy it as
ASCII characters. Other hints for the same situation:
1. "Move it to the clipboard, when it is time to type the message type open
apple V and presto the message is ready to go."
 2. "If you use Monaco font and a 10 character inch with 6 inch line, it
will convert very nicely." Which I did.

I did have a lot of people tell me that I would have to save it as ASCII
text so perhaps in some situations you do.

Unfortunately, after I printed out all replies I deleted them from my mail
so I can't now forward them to the list.

If what worked for me doesn't work for you, you'll have to ask again for
your specific situation.

Internet and LM_Net really are wonderful. Where else can a person get so
much help so quickly!
