Public Library serving 4,700 seeks new full-time director. 21,000
volumes; 4 part-time employees. Requires one of the following:
undergraduate degree with major or minor in library science, Library
Technical Assistant degree, 48 hours of college credit with 12 hours of
library science or 3 years demonstrated library experience.
Applicants should possess expertise in leadership, personnel
administration, budget management, collection development, programming
for children, current trends in technology and automation, and grant
writing. Working knowledge of computer applications a must.
Salary range: $12,000 - $14,000.
Position available June 1, 1995; review begins April 15, 1995.
