There was a feature article in our local newspaper about the changes in
_Sassy_ since it was sold (out!). Our students were incensed (they knew
"something" was different, but hadn't analyzed the change) and felt
cheated, so I suggested they voice their complaints in a letter. Guess
what? They are getting a complete refund of their subscription price!!
What a neat lesson in critical reading AND consumerism!
