GEN: RFP for state database wanted

The state of Missouri is currently in the middle of a project to hook
every public school, public library, public higher education institution,
and State agency via the Office of Administration to the Internet.  As
part of this project, we are currently working on a Request for Proposal
(RFP) that will solicit bids from commercial database vendors for a
state-wide license for commercial on-line journal database services.
 
We are looking to procure, through open competitive bid, on-line
databases of full text journal articles (including indexes and abstracts)
for general reference purposes, an expanded or academic service, a
business service and/or a health journals service.
 
We are working on a draft RFP and are interested in looking at other RFP's
for state-wide application/license type RFP's rather than single library,
campus or system-wide application/licenses.  We have a copy of the RFP
which Texas used for the TEX-SHARE Network.  Are there other RFP's out
there that people are willing to share?  Originally, the RFP was going
out in May but now it appears the release will be a little later.
