Dear Pam, What would your administrator say about such valuable videos such as _Shindler's List_ that was endorsed by the National Association of Secondary School Principals? This is an "R" video, but so important in a curriculum. Editing parts of a video, as you had mentioned in your posting, could be a violation of a work of art (unless you meant it in a different form, whatever that would mean). I suppose the idea of obtaining a permission form may be a viable idea. PG-13 videos are still to be approved by the principal and the Associate Superintendent andparental permission is given. Any thoughts?
