Just wanted to let you know about the upcoming professional development offerings of the Central MA Regional Library System. The offerings are free and are certified for PDP's. In response to a membership survey, the offerings center on children's literature evaluation and censorship. Central Massachusetts School Library Media staff are invited to attend. The sessions are free of charge. The CMRLS is certified by the state Department of Education to provide professional development points. The following page lists activities which may be appropriate for school library professionals. Full details will be available about a month before the scheduled programs.
