Hi! We are in the process of writing up new job descriptions for LMC Clerks. We have 6 elementary buildings, with LMC clerks and a clerk at the MS library and 2 LMC CLerks at the H.S. The elementary LMC Clerks do the jobs that full fledged librarian would do. i.e. budget, scheduling, classes, etc. etc. We do not do a general clerks duties. Therefore, we've been asked to come up with a new title and at the same time not step on anyones toes. We've come up with LMC Associates, I like LMC Coordinators. Does anybody have a good title for us? Do any other schools use their clerks to run (manage) their libraries and computer labs? Would anybody mind telling me what they get paid?
