Bilingual activities

I have a job interview coming up, and I know they will ask me about
activities for students who are not English proficient. I am not bilingual
myself, though I am working on it steadily, and since I haven't had a
library job before, I haven't had a lot of opportunities to work with
limited English students in that setting. If you have some ideas that could
help me get ready for this interview, I would greatly appreciate them!
