Attention Fellow Public Librarians:
     My sistter who heads the circulation dept. in Massachusetts has been
asked by her director to update their rules and regulations, policies and
procedures for their circulation desk.
     I've faxed ours along to her, but I knoww she would appreciate info from
other lending libraries.
     Any help/info would be greatly appreciated.
