TARGET: Replacement for Enc. of World Biog; Middle School

Posting this for our middle school librarian (grades 7 and 8).  She has
the 1973 edition of the Enc. of World Biog., no supplements.  She has
been given some money by her PTA and was trying to update it, only to
learn that it is now out of print.

She is looking for either a print source or a CD to purchase which at
least will update her information (in which case she would not discard
it) or better, to replace it.

We will be grateful for any suggestions.  Please reply to me directly and
I will post a hit if (1) there is interest; and (2) there are replies!
