TEC: Winnebago

Sorry to ask this of the general group, but we are still having trouble
accessing the Winnebago users' group, their support people NEVER  answer
our faxes or e-mail, and we are getting desperate.

Has anyone successfully done a global change on Winnebago date due to
accomodate vacation times?  I tried this morning and it will not accept a
1996 date due in the global change, even though it had earlier been
issuing to a date in 1996 when done by changing the Material Type set ups
in Circulation Setups.  I repeatedly issued only to 8 Jan 1995.

Then, even when I  tried going back to the old way (above) it still
refused to issue to a date in 1996. (It had been doing that fine, before)
Now I've had to make the date due one at the end of December - in the
vacation- to get anything even remotely usable.

I've checked to see that 1996 IS in our calendar, and that's fine.

Any any ideas please how to  make it change the year now?

We are still using the last but one version (apparently there being no
time for the powers that be to load the new one onto the network) so
maybe that's the problem.

Any help at all would be GREATLY appreciated
