SEC:cost of printing full text

We are running the SIRS Researcher and find that our kids are printing
indicriminately. Yesterday we used two reams of paper on only two classes
of kids. At this point, our kids print for free and photocopy for a dime.
We have two issues with the this: the amount of paper wasted and the lack
of thought involved.
What are the rest of you doing to cut control costs and increase thinking?tia
