Mac 5300 and Mac Performa 6300

Santa is bring me a new computer (lucky me!).  I want to be able to use it
for producing presentations for videotape and be able to capture video.  I
about have it narrowed down to the 5300 or 6300 Mac.  It appears that the
6300 needs more $$$ poured into it before it can do these av functions but
that the 5300 is AV ready.  Anyone have any suggestions?  Thanks in
