Has anyone else e-mailed to one of santa's addresses? I had 3 second
graders in who just wrote letters to santa and I had them type their
letter trying to explain a little bit about e-mail.
After the first student typed her letter we got an immediate response.
Now, I knew this was going to be some kind of form letter but this was
bad. Obviously it was last year's letter. Like a dummy I saw the return
mail come back and said, "Look, Santa wrote back already, let's read what
he said." It said things like "...hope you enjoyed your Christmas...it
was one of my best...I'm just resting now...getting ready for next
year...write me back after the first week of Dec. 1995 and get on my new
mailing list..."
Needless to say the kids were confused and I was very disappointed. Is
there a better Santa address out there or are they all like that. I
tried two different ones and got the same letter back.
