InfoTrac Printing Problems

We have just gotten our Super Tom working on our network and now are
disappointed with our printing options.  We are using CBIS (the latest
version) and a Novell 3.11 netowrk.   We have 2 - 3 printers  per
workstation and have selected the option for the software to advance the
page after printing.  However, it will not advance it UNTIL the student
exits from the application.   This has caused a major slowdown, due to
multiple people using the printers...... another station sending a print
job and their work now printing on the same page as the TOM work.  Then of
course, the printers  are off on where the page should end so the automatic
tear-off feature on all other applications is messed up.  I can get no help
from INFOTRAC as they say this is how the program is designed,  to conserve
paper.  This would be fine, IF this were a standalone application or only
one person printing at a time..... ha!!  If anyone has experienced this...
and/or solved this.... PLEASE advise!!  It is driving us crazy!!!
