If anyone has writen a grant proposal for upgrading or creating a library
media center for jr. and sr. high school, please forward it to me.  Our
library is in a sorry state, completely outdated and useless - we do not
presently have a library media specialist as we do not have the library to
warrant one!  therefore, i am turning to you for assistance.
