TARGET-->Handicap Access Info

Hello Colleagues,

     I'm dreaming of remodeling our almost 20 year old
media center.  Does anyone have the guidelines and/or
recommendations for handicap access as far as height
of counters, width between bookshelves, zoom lenses on
any electronic equipment, etc??
     I thought I read something, somewhere a few years
back that had this information....maybe I was dreaming
that as well.
