Actually, any job description that is written for that position should reflect what the the person in that position SHOULD be doing, not necessarily what the person DOES, if you get my drift. If that were true, one of the elementary/middle school aides in our district would have "school nurse" added to her description. Because she has paramedic training, they send children to her (and she doesn't get paid one red cent for a ll that extra work and interruptions which, at times, interfers with what she was hired to do).
