staff incentives for tech training

Hello,

I've been a silent observer up to this point and have been enjoying
browsing the messages on LM_NET.

I would like to ask the input of anyone interested in how your districts
may provide incentives or responsibilities for staff to become
technologically proficient.  This objective is being incorporated into
our district's technology plan, and I would appreciate any advise on the
subject.  As we all know, staff development is critical in implementation
of a sound technology program.
