CD Rom lending

I noticed some questions the last few days on lending computer software
including CD-ROM products. Library Journal, Feb 1, 1995 as their cover
story talks about this topic. The story is "Multimedia To Go: Circulating
CD-ROMs at Geauga County Public Library".
The library in question is in Ohio. For those wanting to do the same I
