LM_NET: Library Media Networking
I tried to follow recent suggestions for posting - hope I didn't forget
anything.
Many teachers in our social studies department tend to rely heavily on
lectures in the classroom. The department chair wants to have his
students complete a research-based project on Vietnam. If you have any
good projects, lesson plans, Internet sources, suggestions, I would
really appreciate it. I have often had teachers tell me that "they don't
have time to bring classes to the library" because they have too much
material to cover. If this is a success, I am sure other teachers will
try it. I would be glad to cover any costs related to faxing or snail mail.
