I am not familiar with Groliers other than the mostly negative (printing
problems) response I've been reading on this listserv.  However, I have
used both Encarta and Compton's in our K-5 school and find Encarta (at
least the 94 edition) to be far superior, both graphically, visually and
access-wise.  However, you could definitely use both if monies are available.
