Greetings Friends-- Our seventh grad Project Plus students (gifted/talented) are visiting the high school Thursday, February 23 to see the wonders of satellite technology (we offer SERC classes) and e-mail/Internet. If you have a moment, send a hello--they will be greatly appreciated. The students also asked a couple of questions I could use help with: What do SIMM and SIPP stand for? Also, does anyone know why numbering of computer generations went from 8088 to 80286, 80386, 80486 and then Pentium? As always--your expertise and generosity of time are unparallelled!
