Health CD-ROM

The health teacher at my school is interested in purchasing a CD for
reference in her 10th year health class.
She was not impressed by Mayo, which is the one I hear most about.  Do
any of you out there have any experience with A.D.A.M Essentials or
Bodyworks 3.0.
I would appreciate any comments and suggestions.
