General-U.S. Swimming Club By-Laws

The swimming coach here at our high school is trying to start a USS
swim club and needs a copy of the "Club By-Laws".  She wants to make
sure that our club by-laws are in line with the national ones.

If anyone has a lead on a on-line source to this information?  Or,
does anyone have it in a file that they can transfer to my e-mail
address?
