The director of our library cooperative is collecting information on handling problems that arise from using multimedia in libraries. She has a large number of libraries that are just getting into cd-rom and has two general areas of interest. 1. How do you handle troubleshooting, repairs, etc.? Could you give her samples of trouble slips, work orders, or whatever you use? 2.How do you handle inhouse use of stand-alone cd-roms? Checkout techniques? Handling disks? Organization?
