Many of you may have received several postings of my announcement
of Project Impact.  It was not my intention to post to the list because
my request for permission to do so was denied.

I tried to make a private mailing to selected subscribers of this list
but somehow the announcement was posted to the list anyway.

Please forgive the intrusion and I sincerely hope all of you will accept
my apology.
