I found what I think are the full ERIC documents by following this path:

From your Home Gopher Server go to Other Gopher and Information Servers.
Then go to WAIS based articles.
There are two ERIC entries under WAIS.  The first one is ERIC -
Archives.src.  These seem to be the abstracts.  The second is ERIC -
Digests.src.  The articles under this ERIC section are pretty long, so I'm
hoping they are full text.  If this doesn't work, I don't know what will.
