Dear Colleagues,
My high school British Literature teacher would like to know two things
about the Booker Award: 1) What are the guidelines for this award?
and 2) Where can we find a list of winners?
Additionally, she would like to identify some contemporary British novels
appropriate for her high school students. She mentioned Douglas Adams'
series The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy as something she was
interested in. She would like to put together a classroom library of
20-30 titles. What suggestions do you have?
