Science Curriculum

Dear List,  I realize the help I need is not necessarily library
business, however, I hope you can help me.  I have been asked to chair a
campus wide committee which will develop a curriculum plan starting in
elementary and carrying through high school.  The idea is to identify the
competencies we expect our students to have at each grade or level, such
as skills they learn in the third grade that will carry over into junior
high and then into high school so that the science program is
comprehensive and each science teacher knows what is expected from the
students. Has any one worked on a project similar to this and if so can
you send me a copy of the plan developed or outline of what you did or
just anything!  If you will post responses to me, I will post a Hit to
the group.  Thanks in advance for your help.
