Missing page

Dear Group,
   My colleague has a page missing from a book.  She wonders if one of you
might have the book, and be willing to photocopy and send it to her.  Her
attempts to reach the publisher by phone were fruitless.  Anyway, the book
is:  "Library Skills: Lessons for Grades K-6" by Arden Druce.  It was
published by Dick Whittington Press, Tulare CA in86.  Her book is missing
pages 131 and 132 (front/back, I think).
   Would someone be willing to send the pages if you have the book? If so,
please type to me, and I'll type her snail address to you.
