Argentina and Dialog

I have a Spanish class that would like to connect with a Spanish speaking
Elementary level class in Argentina, any suggestions?

Also, we are thinking about using the "Dialog" program, anyone familiar with
this?  Any pros and cons regarding students using it for research?
