Re: Correspondence courses for teacher-librarians

Ruby, I've recently come across a cable learning network called Mind
Extension University. Affiliated in some fashion with the George
Washington University they broadcast on cable and satellite courses
offeredby about 30 different institutions. I have been looking into a
couple of courses offered by The University of Arizona in library
science. The courses are part of a masters degree program but may be
taken by those who do not wish to persue the masters degree iteself.

The courses begin in late January. I have some internet
addresses for further information.
