Challenge to Eve Merriam's _Halloween ABC's_

        A school in the area has challenged Eve Merriam's _Halloween
ABC's_.  After a committee meeting, the book was placed in the 700's
poetry and parents are beginning to ask questions.  Has anyone had
this book challenged?  In your district, who makes the final decision
to pull materials - the Superintendent or the School Board?  Your
comments are appreciated, I need a response ASAP.  Thanks in advance!
