Science Article Needed

I have a Science Fair student who is desperate for an article
that appeared in "Science World", March 9, 1990, pg. 7. The
article is entitled "Down with U.P.". You are my "fastest" last
resort. I have tried my school libraries, the community
college, and the public library and computer-posted IIL will
take longer than the student has. Please fax a copy of the
article if you have it to my attention @ 703-722-2788. THANKS!
