technology surveys

        As the chair of my district's newly formed technology planning
committee, I need to find already-written technology surveys for
teachers, students, and/or parents/community members. First of all, does
anyone have a survey for determining what technology (hardware and
software) is currently being used by whom and how, so we can see where our
starting point is. This could be very informative for our community members.
We are also interested in "attitude toward technology" surveys to use with
teachers, students, and parents and possibly community. As all of you are, I'm
pressed for time and don't want to reinvent the wheel.  Also, having neat
documents in hand would help me deal with the one person who wants to rush
through this planning process. If you don't have such surveys, do you know of
sources for them?
