Ben - You might find _The Technology Coordinator_ by David Moursund a
useful resource. The book is quite thorough and covers overviews and
history of computing in education, specific job descriptions, and
interviews with TCs.
It's available from ISTE. Order desk: (800)336-5191. Usual
disclaimers--I've simply found this book helpful in my job. Don't
remember price.
