It includes Internet mailing addresses for schools (domestic and international) and universities in Japan. One contact in Tokyo is also accepting physical cards, posters, etc. for students in Kobe. We hope to add to this list. Please contribute any sites that you're aware of. And feel free to forward it to anyone who may be interested. We intend to continue helping Japanese and international students communicate over the Net after the emergency. We have chosen a name to honor harmony in diversity: the PENGIN MURA INTERNET CLUB. Kobe University (kobe-u.ac.jp) is not reachable yet, though its SINET node has been working. kobegakuin.ac.jp and kshosen.ac.jp are not yet reachable.
