This is a little out of the realm of copyright as it is used in the classroom, but it is a copyright question, nevertheless. Can anyone help? Wade H. Example: a real estate company is named "Thelma and Louise, Inc.". Is this considered a copyright infringment of the movie title "Thelma and Louise"? Does it make a difference that the two entities are totally dissimilar? Wade H. Weiler "Visualize Whirled Peas..." =:-) Irving ISD Irving, TX Internet: wadew@tenet.edu
