This is a little out of the realm of copyright as it is used in the
classroom, but it is a copyright question, nevertheless. Can anyone help?

Could someone tell me that if you name a corporation (investment, real
estate, or the like) the same name as a movie title (or book title), is
this a copyright infringement? Example: a real estate company is named
"Thelma and Louise, Inc.". Is this considered a copyright infringment of
the movie title "Thelma and Louise"? Does it make a difference that the
two entities are totally dissimilar?
