? Teaching Technical Reading

Skills Center at Strath Haven High School, Wallingford, Pa.
I am interested in helping my students develop skills in technical
reading and writing, i.e., search techniques, on-screen reading,
scrolling, clip/paste, highlighting, synthesis, manual reading &
writing, etc.  HELP!  The reading journals seem to be still concentrating
on print, texts, and books.  I want to take these kids into the 21st century.
