Internet access policies

I am attending a graduate course at Millersville U. in PA this summer on
Information Literacy.  One assignment is to formulate an access policy
for students using the internet in a high school library.  If any of you
have a concise policy you are willing to share, I would be most
appreciative.  I have found the articles from Rice U. on the Internet,
and an article in School Library Journal, Oct. 94.  Would like to know
what works.  Thanks.
