Well, after several months of trying to get on the WWW, I finaly made it and it is GREAT. Everything that I've heard about it is true, and more, now my only question is how do I set up my own Home Page. The folks at ED Central tell me that they are thinking about it but don't know how to set it up to start. Should they open it up to everyone or to all teachers, or just to Schools. They think that they will have to charge for training and some other fees, and they will need a coordinator with some WWW experience to run it. The basic process will involve setting up some space at Ed Central to host the WWW home pages, so each person or group doesn't have to maintain a 24 hour link for access to the home pages, and this will cost money to maintain as well. It seems to me that the idea is wild and the possibilities are endless, for teachers, classes, Libraries, and schools, to set up their own Home Pages to promote their schools, Etc. They don't have the total costs yet, but I think that it would be cheap at twice the price, for all the things that it could do. What do you think, would you support such a project, what would be a reasonable fee structure, Etc. ?
